Palo Alto: The D&D Den

Our in-person offering is located near downtown in North Palo Alto, close to the train station. The "D&D Den" is a cottage-style building behind the main house, decked out for the perfect Dungeons and Dragons experience.

Countless fantastical adventures have taken place in the Den

When playing in-person we provide dice, snacks, and anything else you will need to play a fun and comfortable game.

The D&D Den easily accommodates 6 players; if your group is larger than 6, reach out!

Remote Games

Remote games also work great, in fact, the vast majority of Dragon Valley adventures have taken place over Zoom. If you are concerned that D&D won't be every bit as engaging and fun online, don't be! We are well trained to create great virtual experiences that cater to the needs of our players. Don't hesitate to reach out if you are curious about our online accomodations for any group size!

If you are remote, you will need:

D&D Dice Set

We recommend picking up a set from amazon (link below)

Headphones

Either headphones or a quiet space is required for our sessions

Zoom Account

Zoom is our primary tool for remote sessions

Discord Account (recommended)

We use Discord to communicate and video call in a pinch

These dice are super cheap and simple. They come with a pouch so you don't lose them, and you have a wide variety of colors to choose from. Although you only need one set of dice to play Dungeons and Dragons, having more than one is helpful. I suggest these for anyone starting out in dnd.

If you don't want to get dice, that's okay, online dice rollers are built into the character sheets (a way of tracking our avatar's items and statistics) we use.
